As an LDS man, I did all of the things I thought I was "supposed" to for most of my life. But the "doing" didn't produce the fulfillment I had hoped for and I felt empty and like a shell of the man I was created to be. Then I started to do my deep internal work including becoming a life & mindshift coach. Now my passion, skills and gifts reside in helping men step into their power and create lives of fulfillment. Over the last several years I have helped to transform the lives of dozens and dozens of LDS men ranging in age from 20 to 77 in viturally every area of life including marriage, physical health, money, crippling anxiety and accomplishing goals. Not only have relationships drastically changed, incomes increased and physical health improved for these men, but they also feel empowered and alive again. And I have exercised these exact same principles to transform my own life over and over again including losing 27 lbs., building businesses amid setbacks, establishing great networks of friends, significantly increasing net worth amid divorce and heavy financial challenges, and creating close relationships where there had been disconnection.
